Pregnancy Yoga: The Trimesters

The Yoga of Pregnancy invites you to consciously connect with your unborn child through the mind, body and breath.

In the first trimester of my pregnancy I will unite with my baby through practices of meditation and gentle yoga that honor the rapid changes taking place in my body during these early months.

The second trimester of my pregnancy celebrates the continuing development of my growing baby. I will embrace this stage of change and growth with those weekly practices specifically designed to accommodate by blossoming belly.

In the third trimester I will prepare myself physically, mentally and emotionally for the birth of my baby. Each week I will focus on letting go of my fears, worries or negative emotions I may have about giving birth and strengthen feelings of positivity, courage and trust.
